Important: AI can produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar, or legally restricted content. You remain responsible for reviewing a result and confirming that your intended use is lawful.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing credits, submitting a project, or using FlareClip, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding contract. If you use FlareClip for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
2. Account security
Keep login codes, authenticated sessions, and account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by FlareClip. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing account information or releasing files.
3. The service
FlareClip is an AI-assisted creative service that can plan, write, generate, edit, caption, voice, review, and deliver videos, posters, scripts, and related files. Features, providers, models, processing times, limits, and supported formats may change. Estimated generation times are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
4. Your content and permission to process it
You retain the rights you already hold in content you upload. You grant FlareClip and its service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.
You confirm that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and lawful basis needed for every upload, reference, face, voice, trademark, product claim, document, and instruction you submit. Reference content guides a new result and does not give you permission to copy protected expression or impersonate another person.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit or create illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious content.
- Do not create non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or realistic impersonation intended to deceive, harass, defraud, or harm.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits or security controls, scrape the service, interfere with other users, or resell account access without written permission.
- Do not use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical, employment, credit, insurance, or safety decisions.
6. AI outputs and commercial review
To the extent allowed by law and subject to third-party rights, FlareClip does not claim ownership of your final output. AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, advertising, disclosure, and platform rules vary by country and use case; FlareClip does not guarantee that an output is registrable, exclusive, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
You must review scripts, claims, likenesses, music, voices, captions, translations, and generated media before publication. Obtain professional advice when the use is regulated or legally significant and add AI disclosures where applicable.
7. Credits, payments, and refunds
Credits are prepaid service units, not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a transferable asset. The generation screen shows the estimated credit charge before you confirm. Charges may vary with duration, quality, complexity, voice, and selected generation mode. A one-time recharge code becomes invalid after successful redemption.
Payments may be handled by Stripe or PayPal under their terms. Prices, taxes, provider fees, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase or governed by applicable law. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed credit purchases and credits already used for generation are non-refundable. Contact support for duplicate charges or a verified service failure.
8. Third-party services
FlareClip relies on third-party authentication, email, payment, cloud, storage, AI, media, and delivery services. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Links and generated references do not constitute an endorsement, and you are responsible for complying with third-party platform rules when publishing or distributing content.
9. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue part of the service to protect users, respond to providers or law, address security issues, or improve FlareClip. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, payment disputes, security risk, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable way to download completed files.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlareClip is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlareClip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or publication decisions arising from the service. FlareClip's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to FlareClip for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Copyright concerns, disputes, and contact
Send copyright, privacy, payment, or legal concerns to support@flareclip.com. Include enough detail to identify the account, project, material, legal right, and requested action. Before starting a formal claim, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through support, unless immediate action or applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FlareClip changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and contact support about your account.
